As the principal of All Time Conveyancing, I have been involved in the conveyancing profession since 1967, so I definitely know my business!

Having accumulated a wealth of knowledge, experience and 'street smarts', I know exactly what needs to be done to ensure a smooth and hassle-free buying or selling experience.

Having being involved in countless property transactions, I am very familiar with all the ins and outs of property conveyancing.

Why is Maria so passionate about conveyancing?

Because this is 'happy work, I get to help people accomplish a significant event in their lives and I get to see it from start to finish'.

My philosophy is simple - communicate, build relationships, trust and deliver on your promises.

By the way, I am an avid theatre goer having seen Jersey Boys more than 45 times (I stopped counting after 45)!

Having been in business for all these years, I also feel we must give back to the community, as such, I am a  keen supporter of cancer research and regularly organise the Morning Tea charity where in my office.

And I enjoy baking.
